Qualification and Terms for Lease to Own
1. To sign up to a LEASE-to-PURCHASE Agreement.
2. The lease shall be at least a 1 year contract.
3. The lessee to pay 2 months advance and 3 months security deposit.
4. Have an Option Period of 1 YEAR,to decide whether to purchase the house.
5. If undecided to purchase upon end of the 1 YEAR option,the contract will remain a lease agreement and may be renewed or terminated as required.
6. If lessee decides to purchase the house,the amount paid as rent for the whole year shall be credited as partial payment of the house and the lease contract shall be converted to an absolute purchase agreement.
7. Usual In house and Bank Financial Terms for the balance are/will be available
Terms for Outright Purchase
• 30% down payment with 2.5% discount if paid in 30 days and the balance
through inhouse financing.
• 51% with 2.5% discount if paid in 30 days or payable in 3 months at no interest.
The 49% balance payable in 3 years at 12% interest annum or over 5 years at
14% per annum.
